Very good capture of this "selective" color for the contest. Best wishes. Beautiful reds, is that one of the selective colors as it seems there may be two; the other being the crystal color of the ice. Beautiful photography and interesting process.

This is so pretty! Your use of selective color gives this such an interesting look, it feels wintery looking at the trees and like autumn looking at the grasses in the lower portion.
This is well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the red tones are beautiful and I see good tonal variations in the Black and White portion.

One of my favorite subjects-trees. This one caught me immediately . It looks like the tree branches are covered with a light layer of frost and also the red. Great job using PhotoShop to creat this lovely effect.

Thanks so much for your review and comments! The trees are frost covered as we had freezing fog the night before. Changing the hues slightly reflected the red into the tree branches which I didn?t anticipate but left anyway, glad you liked it!
