What a pretty little mushroom. Looks like it belongs in a fairy tale. The sun is catching it beautifully. You did a nice job of removing the distractions yet I'm glad we can still see some background.

Oh, I took a second look when I saw the Amanita. The most beautiful and posinious of mushrooms. I have never been so lucky to find one, but you found a perfect specimen and couldn't have done better presenting it. Just the right dark background and a spotlight on the subject!

Wow, that would have been a fantastic contest entry - a wonderful perfect framed picutre with such a beautiful mushroom with such huge white point and harmonious colors that is is very attractive - your background tells us very well that you have been on a high mountain and that is beautiful as well - I like your close up, your angle and position as it is very harmonious and great in sharpness, well seen and well presented , love it
