Beautiful!, I watched a documentary where I heard that these birds actually changed their songs when we were in lockdown and there was no noise. The males actually heard other males more and so reacted by stating to them to stay away more forcibly, lol

a good close up of this blackbird even if I would have prefered to have it more on the right, not just in the center;
sharp focus with good exposure for the black;

    Miranda,
    Thanks a million for your complementary review on this male Blackbird. It's a cousin of your American Robin both members of the family of Thrushes.

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine and appropriate composition gives us an enjoyable view of your handsome blackbird and it's location. Colours textures and tones are good, as are your exposure and sharpness. Nicely done!

You have pictured this blackbird so well Susan, and also all the rain drops hanging on the twigs. I have a lot of them in my garden for the time being, but here they have snow flakes on their feathers.

The photo is sharp with clear and well defined details, and the exposure is fine.

The photo is also nicely cropped, and the bird has got a fine placement within the frame. I also like the frame you have added. It is a truly lovely and well taken photo.
