I can relate to you wonderful commentary. Really brings back memories.

Your work of art is very eye catching with the many colors and patterns. They make for a wonderful abstract looking scene.

Very nice work of art. Congratulations.

Sounds like my childhood! Frog hunting Yes, we would actually hunt those big bull frogs for the legs, yep taste like chicken, my Dad absolutely loved them. He did all the killing, not me, and fishing yes!, Hunting too!, I absolutely love to be at a pond to take beautiful photos of dragonflies, pollywogs, and turtles. This is really cool painting, love all the colours and you have to really look to search out every detail you have done here

I find the whole process of your art creation just so exciting and I must concede you executed these artworks brilliantly with such interesting technique. I love this one as well where you capture the charm of late afternoon hours at a waterbody!! Coming from someone who truly loves water life, it's not something surprising!! Kudos

Your abstract is intriguing. I imagine reflection caused by the boat as well by fish who flap in the water. In see sparks of light, like little explosions. The colors are attractive. Your bold work with the palette knife is interesting. The abstract is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

I rarely comment on paintings since I know so little about the subject, but I find this one quite attractive. I like the layered look you get with the palette knife and think the colors are fantastic.

I seem to see jungle and desertscapes from my past in your work. This to me looks like man impacted jungle with daylight shining in and highlighting both airborne mists and water on the ground. I even think I imagine the poles from an old shanty there on the left, and so on. Avery mysterious work -- I like all the blue and sun against military colors... Thanks for sharing!

Cool and colorful. I do like your color choices. It does grab the viewers eye and hold it to explore every detail. Kudo's on the initial impact! The depth is excellent. The details is excellent. The shading is excellent. The blend of the colors is excellent. The presentation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. Sadly I'm out of 6's. Bummer. Very creative and awesome work overall (clapping)

I really enjoy your abstract artwork Ray. You can sit and find so many different things.
It's like when you sit at the beach and find shapes and things in the clouds.
The blue is calming and reminds me of my Wetlands at the Twilight hour.
Beautiful color choice and fine textures.
Well done :)

I like the way you have played around with light and shadows. With skill, you have created atmospherics. I like the robust knife work and minimal use of colours. Thanks for sharing!

Seshadri, thank you for the fine review. I use to be a realist, now I try to present a piece with the minimum, to stimulate the viewer's imagination and have them do some work from looking to seeing. Art should be an experience that involves the viewer. I draw the viewer in, to let him or her, do some looking, and then eventually seeing. You do similar things with you work, and that sets you apart. Sorry for the long winded dissertation. Ray G.
