The water is really nice and the reflection as well. Thankfully the blue heron looks better (in handsomeness or lack thereof) than its reflection. You did a nice capture regardless.

The great blue heron is in such a lovely pose to offer such a good look at it in this side profile pose! I see well defined details in every visible part, feathers, face and bill , perfect clear eye! Perfect exposure, colors and tones are natural. I love the smooth blue water and the reflection underneath the bird.

I like this shot of the great blue heron. The heron is in focus and the colors of blue, gray and white are outstanding. The black and white crown is very attractive along with orange beak. The reflection rounds out the well framed and well balanced shot. Nicely done. Good luck in the contest.

U love the lighting and how the water seems so thin and how the bird reflects it's worth some prize. If I took that photo I would be proud! I absolutely love this photo! But the quality could have been a little better.
