Pat,
A very beautiful and atmospheric sunset picture over Cook inlet with the setting sun glowing through the clouds along the horizon below the dark clouds floating above the light in the sky reflected on the ice in the inlet. The bare branched trees in the foreground added interest to it. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I love the detail that you captured in that tree!! All those tiny branches in perfect focus really grabbed my attention. I reminds me of an ink drawing, with a really fine tip felt tip. The colours in the sky really display it nicely. The gray clouds and the water, make it seem so peaceful. A great shot!! Thanks for sharing

Wow, what a dramatic shot at sunset. The intricate branching pattern is almost mesmerizing. The gradational pattern of orange/browns is outstanding.
For my taste I would have cropped a bit of the snow from the bottom of the image.
