Your camera settings are well established and have produced a wide latitude long scale B&W contrast capture.

The framing of your composition combined with top of the line exposure settings presents the subject matter with maximum visual impact. The shutter release is was fast enough to freeze all motion - Kudos.

The technique as always is awesome. The tones look a little to dark to me though. When we went whale watching, unless it was a stormy day, even the overcast days were bright due to the reflection of light off the water. Just my thoughts but it's still a lovely drawing. Thanks for sharing.

Timing is everything and I love how you drew/caught the perfect jump! I say that because at first I thought this was a photo! Your image is so lifelike who knew! LOL I think you did a fantastic job creating this! Love the detail on the dolphin and the water. The lighting of the water was very nicely done! Love the water dripping from the dolphin and the reflection. In My Humble opinion this easily deserves six stars! Enjoy! :o) Helvi

Wow. This is an amazingly realistic drawing of a dolphin leaping through the water. You have detailed the dolphin so well that I can almost see how smooth his skin is. The water droplets spraying from the water's surface are superbly done and the shadowed reflection in the water definitely portray the movement of the water. I am really impressed with the visible talent in this piece.
