Love that you have been creative with your image taking a very different view of the scene.
Unfortunately the focus is not sharp which can be difficult to achieve when taking night images.
The composition is excellent.

Interesting perspective in viewing through the deck hand rail. It may have been more interesting to have zoomed in on the far shore some. The neon color from the lights are good but it is hard to make out objects on the shore.

Thank you Fawn for your review, I appreciate the insight. I understand your perspective of implementing more focus on the shore but the image depicts my vision as I intended, I was trying to get the best focus that would allow everything to be visible while still seeing the bubbles/sparkles in the water. There were fish eating bugs and the ripples were shimmering with the lights.

What a brilliant use of public accessible stainless steel!

On the creative presentation scale this shot sets new bounds. This is excellent night time technique. White balance control is excellent.

Interesting subject , well captured with good placement of subject in frame, well focused, the image is clear, well exposed with vivid colors.

The real strength of this take is the light reflecting off of the Handicap Accessible railing - simply outstanding framing.
