Susan, this is a lovely photo of a bumblebee feeding on a thistle!
It's beautifully sharp and we can see so much detail in both the bumblebee and the flower - even the lines in his wings and almost every individual hair on his body!
Good composition, with lovely blur to the green background, which really makes him pop.

This is an endearing photo of the beautiful honey bee at work. The colors of the flower and bee with just the light greens as a backdrop is well thought out. This is a winner in my books.

Very nice capture of the buff tail bumblebee as it feeds in the nectar from the thistle.
The bee is well positioned on the flower and both the flower and the bee are standing out so well from the soft green tones in background .
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural.
Well composed and presented!

Good close up Susan of this bumble bee,good use of dof anf a good color contrast with the purple flower,can see dof is shallow as some of theflower is blurred[not that it matters]...brian
