This is a totally delightful image of an Arctic loon (new to me, also) and baby. The strokes are so beautifully delineated with all those lines and dots of various sizes. And the reflection is equally well done. The colors are glorious.

Hi Easton, I am honored by your high rating, I am glad you liked it. Your comments are the ones that motivate me to get better over time.

To me AI is creating an image from your imagination. All you have to do is type in a text of what you want in mere seconds an image will appear on your screen. In getting an image like this I would type in the following AI text box image/arctic loon, swimming on blue water, baby loon on back and it will appear.

In this digital art I started with a blank canvas and then using various brushes and colors create a totally human created painting.
When doing digital it has the advantage of creating statistics. I just checked and this image took 4.35 hours and 2753 brush strokes. Fun statistics.

You are welcome and thank you for the explanation about AI and digital art. Obviously, digital art is not a quick process but your hard work and thousands of brush strokes created a beautiful piece.

I almost fell out of my chair when I saw it!!!This is truly breathtaking! At first look I thought this was a photo. Love the way you did the water and the reflection.The detail is exceptional. The Artic Loon truly is beautiful. I rarely even see the Common Loon but am always blown away when I do! This is a stunning piece for the wildlife contest.
