Fabulous initial impression : the dahlia is a huge favorite of mine and it's because of its heart, these are also very easy to grow and bloom up until the first killer frost.
I love the way you cropped this one and the slight angle the dahlia is placed in, I can see that this was photographed with spot on focus, this image is sharp and clear, exposure is perfect, colors and tones appear natural. Your use of mixed media effectively emphasizes the dahlia and its fabulous details.
