This is a beautiful shot of the Red breasted Nuthatch, which I'm not familiar with. The focus and clarity is great showing him off so clearly against the blue sky.

A very sweet and endearing visual present here of this beautiful little bird. I love the blue background that highlights your subject matter. Composition is very well thought out. Thank you for sharing.

Adorable and naturally cute. This nuthatches seem to be pretty active either communicating to others or just chirping some melodious symphony. I like its orange and charcoal gray color against the contrasting pale blue background. You've framed this well in this horizontal frame and the subject is well place. I like the abundance of negative space for your bird to move and breath. Angle and lighting are well-managed showcasing the details in natural colors. A delight to view.

This is simply stunning, Pat. Where I used to live in Vermont, we had this variety along with the White Breasted. Here in New Hampshire, I have only seen the White's.

The mottled blue background is perfect for this take. The contrast it generates pushes the little bird front and center.

Excellent camera settings. Lots of fine detail. Colors are natural in tone and hue.

The eye and all other facial features are well defined and clearly seen.

Super shot... Bob

Thank you so much Bob! These are the sweetest little birds and they are so tough! They faithfully show up at my feeders even when it’s 20 below! I am honored by your six stars!
