A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a very enjoyable view of that lovely family. Textures, tones and detail are good. Well drawn!

An excellent drawing of a Racoon family. The detail and capture of their cute faces, like little bandits is realistic. The hair is sharp and realistic a good entry in black and white of a charcoal drawing. Good luck in the contest.

Great Title, Mischief Makers - INDEED! A wonderful charcoal of momma and her young. You have represented each of them with that look of determination yet with a hint of caution. The branches in the background are effective and place the family in their environment. I like the way they are climbing over the log towards the viewer.

What a great entry. I love the scene per se. You've really drawn this racoon family well. Their faces are well-defined and also the textures of their fur. I like how you shade them with charcoal gray and black that increased the definition of their facial features. Framing placement and negatives spaces are great. This is a competitive entry to this Animal Art Contest. Indeed, a cute scene.

Now this got my immediate attention. Very dramatic. I think it is the eyes looking directly at the viewer. I don't know if I should be amused, alarmed or mesmerized. That is a sign of an effective painting in my mind!
