Because you looked tasty! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a very enjoyable view of that handsome prowling beast. Textures, colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

And therefore your last photo lol,apart from that bad remark you got a good photo of this lion and does look as if its spotted you,guess you were in a car so you could get away,safafi parks can be a source of good photos[last time i went yonks ago there was a problem with the monkees...brian
