Typically any snow pictures will get 6 stars from me, but because I used all mine up I can give it here. But trust, this is a 6 star worthy picture. I love the angle and view your captured. Making want snow more and more looking at this picture! Excellent work, thank you for sharing!

What I find striking about this image of Eagle River is the frigid atmosphere it exudes. The snow on the ground and the majestic mountain range, combined with the crisp blue sky, evoke a sense of cold that makes one instinctively reach for a heavy coat.
The patch of unfrozen water adds just the right amount of interest to the scene, beautifully reflecting the towering mountains. Your framing, focus, attention to detail, depth of field, and natural colors come together to present a truly magnificent view.

A beautiful & atmospheric picture of the Eagle River on 10th February this year with a gap in the ice cover reflecting the mountains & the sky above on it's glistening surface. Above the river the snowcapped mountains rise into the blue sky with windblown clouds. Beautiful atmospheric composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A beautiful winter scene shown here. The snow covered mountains with a beautiful blue sky show well. The snow on the ground with a lake in the middle showing a wonderful reflection of the mountains, rounds out a lovely scene, almost like a painting.

Pat this is a beautiful river shot and an even more beautiful reflection. The power blue sky is a nice topping for the mountains. Amazing to see water in February, unless this is the bay. There is never a shortage of vistas up by you. Yes I am cheering on spring. Ray
