Super cute cartoon with Courage the cowardly dog trying to flirt with the female dog in the bath.

Thank you so much!! If you ever seen the show Courage the Cowardly dog, this was at the end of one of the episodes when Courage (Pink dog) was taking a bath and the purple dog appeared out of no where to close out the episode.
