Love the details in this. The colors work so well together and love the hint of shapes in the background. Colors, shading, tone, details are all wonderful. Overall a nice presentation. Thanks for sharing.

I love Lupines even if they how are banned as garden plants here in Norway. You have pictured these two so well, and I especially like the softened ones in the background. I also the textures in the greens and how well the pink/orange Lupines are standing out from it.
The photo is pin sharp showing such clear and well defined details, and the exposure is spot on. I also like the way you have outlined the flowers.
The tall format is perfect, and so is the placement of the Lupines within the frame. It is a very good balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well done mixed media photo Nancy.

You are more than welcome Nancy. It is always a pleasure to review your work. Even if cannot buy lupin plants in a garden center, it is a lot of them in nature. Especially along roads, so if I wanted some in my garden I could just bring a spade and dig up some plants. The problem is that they are growing like weeds.
