All made up and nowhere to go at age six. A lovely drawing of a young girl, wishing she were older and could go somewhere. She has a lovely face which I think shows a wonderful demeanor.

Wow Ray, this a totally different subject matter and style from your usual posts. I'm glad to see you stepping outside your comfort zone or maybe this predates your abstract period. Either way, it's nice to see. I love the eye shadow and different colored socks, your daughter obviously has a lot of personality. I like that you added that horizontal line, it definitely helps keep this image grounded. This has a nice softness, the colors and relaxed expression are all nicely conveyed.

Hi Nancy, thank you for compliments and the wonderful review. She loves the improved image and she will own it. She wasn't thrilled to sit but at the least I got 15 minutes and this is a recent resketch and in color. Your review is most important to me, we all don't have enough goodies to go round, I have the same problem. Thank you again. Ray
