Beauty and danger. Light and cloud. A great compilation of the moods of the sea and the disasters it can inflict. The birds crowding around for a degree of safety as the small lone boat travels a perilous path. Moody and elegantly composed it is both relaxing and exciting. Love it.

Very good story - I love the way the sails merge in with the clouds. You have caught the movement of the waves and wind in the sails very well.

wow, this is so beautiful. I love the white and pale blue tones. The sea and the sails have a dreaminess to them. I love what you wrote too, this is a perfect illustration of those words.

Far nicer to contemplate her coming for me than the "Flying Dutchman" Nice dreamy look, I like the softness where the sail melds into the sky. Great colors and an interesting though provoking subject. Donkeyoatey

this is both soft and fierce at the same time. i love the specks of blue coming through the clouds much like our weather here today. the boat is awesome and the birds are great. the waves are quite different and interesting

This has a surreal and dream like quality to it like floating on the clouds. The color-tones harmonize beautiful and compliment the soft feel to this image. Great depth of view and attention to detail, especially with the lighting and the way the sky blends with the sails. Very tranquil and yet shows the turbulence of nature at the same time. the birds make a great touch, very creative and excellent to view.

Such incredible detail with colors blending into each other. Love the muted colours of the sky and water. Beautifully done.

this is a lovely piece, particularly like the sky and the sails against it,they're very similar but very much set apart from each other, and the sails are really billowing. very nice fog effect too

Gorgeous.
It looks so real. We just had a week with unusual fog in the morning. It looks like our North cap and this little sailboat is in danger to hit the reef. It's maybe me only what envisioned a resemblance but I just see that story. The fog is amazingly painted. The limitation of colors emphasizes the feel of thick fog.
