Cardinals are beautiful and almost majestic to me because of their bright red color and the shape of their little faces. The details in the tailfeathers and wings are beautiful.

I love the motion in the wings and the fact that you were able to keep the cardinal's eye sharp. I don't mind a wee bit of graininess because I love the action you have captured. Very nice work!

Lovely photo and as you were only practicing with fast shutter speed its really good.the colours are amazing and the DOF very good.

Hi willie,
A neat shot indeed, well caught in flight. I like those spread wings, it really gives the shot the movement look.
Sharp with good light, impact and centre of interest, good colors and contrast as well as DOF.

I hope someone can answer your question, I too am learning! But I loved this capture! Never seen one like this, cardinals are my favorites, great color but the action is what attracts me, the wing span, nicely done, I hope you can figure out the graininess, you will be amazing when you do!
