Lovely definition, focus, clarity, sharpness, contrasts and impact. Great DOF, composition, blance, counter balance and counter point. Beautiful colour, tonal qualities and focal capture and hold. Super lighting and exposure. Beautiful subject, taken well and with mastery.Congratulations, Liz.

You have captured this guy perfectly. I love the reflection in his eye. You have also caught the detail in the feathers perfectly. An out of focus background makes this perfect as it keeps the view on the subject. Great exposure and focus. Well done.

Color: Natural
Focus: Sharp
DOF: Works well to enhance subject
Bokeh: Pleasing with harmonious colors.

WOW!!! Great initial impact. This is fantastic.I so admire your bird captures and would love to learn how to do it.Focus with great clarity. To see all the fine details is amazing.Beautiful blue color.Great close up.Highlighted with good blur to background.Enjoyed much. When you go into the blind what do you suggest?I have two hollies bushes with berries and the bluebirds just started yesterday to eat them. There is no cover. They are in the front of the house.Last year I shot them from inside.Would like to get a better capture.Any suggestions.Wish I had more to give this capture. So beautiful.Thank you.

Thank you so very much! You can buy the hunting blind at a sporting goods store. You can set it up where you have a good close view. It wiil take a little while for them to accept it, but when they are feeding with it there things are ready for you to get inside and wait. You will need a good lens and a lot of patience. Sometimes you have to sit there ready to shoot for a long time. Since this is in your front yard, you may want to set it in the back yard and put bird feed out there. I hope this helped you!
