Those branches in the foreground are amazing1 This has such a great feel of cold, and yet the rising mist seems to promise sun later..this is what i feel early in the mornings! Donkeyoatey

Really nice winter composition. Your snow looks very realistic. Does remind me of typical Northern California scenes around where I grew up. Love the atmospheric quality in the sky area. Shadows are well done and rock textures. I enjoyed viewing it.

Wonderful presentation and talent for a great work of art. What more can a person say when the art needs no suggestions for improvement. Great work, thanks for sharing.

I am longing for Spring and this just makes me want it more! Very good depiction of the frigid winter season. Nice deep color tones make me feel the cold air. Great composition.

Hey Shawn, great landscape in monotones no less. Did you do and visit Dennis and all the snow? Lol. Seriously, this is a beautiful digital landscape scene. Great attention to details, love the reflections and the lone bird soaring. Nice work girl!!

That is beautiful. I almost thought you are gone under the photographers. The scene looks so real. [This is a compliment]. I love these shades of blue-whites and grays as I love the whole composition. The scene has something moody but not sad. I think serenity would describe the mood best.

I like the detail, of course, and the monochrome presentation, which is how really cold weather always looks to me. I am intrigued by the fact that the bare plants in the forground look like dear antlers because of their approximate symmetry. Lovely piece.

Wow! That depicts a winter chill better than almost anything I have seen.
I see it is computer generated...
Is any part of it an actual photo?

Very very nice. incredible mood to this image. love the mists and almost monochromatic colors. great composition and exposure. that bird (eagle? or raven?) really sets the stage for the eerie mists. thanks for posting.
