I Like this amazing catch. The colors and lighting are amazing. The focus and details are also amazing. The catch of the eye is really great. We know now why it is hard to see the eye of the cardinal in a photo, they are dark too. Very nice and good luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing, Southernbelle

This is really a good entry for the contest. It can't get very much more red than this. Your image is pin sharp, and the bird's eye is really shiny. Very nice colors, and very nice background. Good use of light and good texture in feathers. Nicely composed and well balanced. Good luck with the contest.
