Terrific capture! You can feel the bird's excitement. Your composition is excellent. The focus is perfect, must have been a very bright day for that much shutter speed. The colors of him against the waters could not be more perfect.

This is another great photograph of the Great Blue Willie I guess the one before he jumped in the water and got out and was shaking off.

No, not on the blind ones. Oh well thanks! I bet the herons are on the nest! I have not been back over there. When I was there before you could walk through the muck to get to the trees, but know the river has floded! The only way to get close would be by boat!
