As blue as blue can be and with a lovely shiny eye. The blue jay must be one of the most popular birds on this site. Your focus is pin sharp and the use of light is excellent. Good placement within the frame and a nice tight cropping. Good background. This is nicely composed with good balance and DOFF.

Really tight composition with just all kinds of great detail. Could have been cropped just a little tighter from the top, but what the heck that might just a little to picky. A truly wonderful shot, I like it.
