An outstanding catch for both of you.
The fact that you got the heron with the fish inits mouth and the spead feather makes this a super shot. You have frozen the action in a sharp image . Good light and composition. Love it

Nice catch indeed, photograph wise, lovely detail, especially the water kicking up and the ripples created by that movement. I like the old wood in the shot, it provides dimension to a well rounded great capture.

This is a great capture of the beautiful great blue heron. You've caught the impressive nature very well and I love the clear reflections in the water. Lighting and focus very good showing excellent detail. Very nice composition. Good luck in the contest!

Well shot with great colors in the water and the Heron well focused. They are beautiful interesting creatures. Is it the Egrets that are all white and look very similar in size and wing span?

Patience is the key. Great job. The thumb nail looked like he was on a stump, but when I looked closer I saw so many wonderful details. Catching the water popping up and the fish in his mouth were fantastic. This is a great shot.
