Everything in the Art World is all in the eyes of the beholder. Right now studying this picture and looking at the shapes and colors in the picture I can say it could be considered Art. This morning when I woke up I probably would have said it made me hungry? Scrambled sounds good right now. Thanks. Royal

This is beautiful the way you took it. I like the way you see the eggs and the feathers in this. I like what the flood filter has done to this too. I like the way the black background makes the eggs stand out. In this case eggs are art. This is an excellent picture.

I think egg can be used as art and I think you did very well at showing this! I think all is done well accept I think the angle or closeness is a little much. Still very nice photo. Sherry

This is quite interesting and very pretty. I am amazed that the light is natural, but your work with the background really gives this an interesting look. The bright illumination of the eggs set against the stark background is very appealing to me.
the feathers and foreground is also quite interesting and striking.

I laughed out loud when I read the title because lately I've been having conversations with another member about what constitutes art and have been using those exact words that you use..."is an egg art". My stance is that anything that evokes an emotional response in the viewer is art, be it an egg or a Monet and although your image does create Stendhal Syndrome for me for it does evoke emotion and is therefore art. Since this is not a philosophical site but a photographic one, I will now try to wax eloquent on your image and why it is definitely art to this viewer. The symbolism of the feathers beneath your eggs speaks of a nest and the liquid represents the water without which there would be no life... the liquid could also represent the "white of the egg" from which life arises and water supporting life. The fact that you placed nothing in the background begs the viewer to focus on only that which important. The shading of the eggs is also symbolic showing that from beneath life springs forward and upward. In fact, symbolism was an art movement in the late 19th century and because you have elevated this humble egg from the ordinary and placed it into the ideal you have created art for me. As to your technical ability which this site requires reviewers to mention you cannot be flawed and as to constructive criticism I am mute. Your images, for me, create dizziness, rapid heart beats, sometimes confusion and after viewing them I feel blessed to have been given the gift of sight and of feeling passion for images like yours. You are a master of your craft, and an artist.

I think its GORGEOUS. I love the soft shape and glow of the eggs. The egg has almost a sensual curve to it, how could it not be included in art ? I loved the whole thing from tablet top frame. Well done ARRT!
