Nice capture willie. I like your focus, as usual, it's very sharp on the eye and the beak. One suggestion might be to lighten the green in the top right corner, I feel it is a little dark for the rest of the background. Well done and good luck in the contest.

Good capture - nicelt centered, and the colours are great. I like that the bird is busy with a seed in its beak - gives a good piece of action to the shot. The blurred and non-descript background also keeps the focus on the bird - well done.

Great subject, and well composed and framed shot. The detail and colour of your bird is quite something, particularly when you contrast it against the green background. I just wonder on this occasion Willie if it could have been a little lighter. You really know how to do birds. Well done (again).

I love the Rose Breasted Grosbeak! I think that splash of red amongst the black and white feathers is gorgeous! When there's a flock of these present you're just drawn to them!
