This is a really dramatic painting and certainly caught the elements of fire and is a worthy entry for the competition. Nice work. Dave :-)

I'm not an artist, so I'm not going to attempt any technical advice. However, I think you did a wonderful job in creating a nice piece of work. Good job!

Mmmmm, well you know this series is going to appeal to me! What a lovely idea. Great color tones to your fire. Love the way she is dancing through the flames and at the same time appears to be part of them. You have done a very good job on this. The flow of your strokes is easy and pleasing. Great storytelling!Best of luck.

Thank you appreciate your review and luck wishes very much as always. The idea came from the Greek philosophy, the cleansing ability of fire employed by many religions through history, as from the still practiced native customs of many nations of jumping through fire or dancing with fire or on embers.

I love this Cleo. The shades in the flames are varied and compelling.
You see just enough of the woman's body to suggest she is one with the flames.
I am out of 6's but your image is well done and worth a 6. Bren

Beautiful colorful image and the pose reminds me of someone dancing. Wonderful expression in her face as if she is inspired by the moment. Good job in the shading of the color from bright red to tan. Nice job is blending the colors that seem to run through her body. Well Done.

Thank you very much! Good eye. It is indeed a classical dancing pose often seen in ballet and other dance performances.
