This is very beautiful. The colors are bright and vibrant and the message it sends is excellent. The rainbow adds a very nice touch. I've had many, many days like this. I'd like to think that the Lord is there for me but it is hard sometimes. Beautiful artwork!

Thank you Shari , and yes the Lord is there, it's just that when we are hurting our pain can be overwhelming at times and we just can't feel his presence. I believe its at those times when we feel we can't take another step, he carries us. That's why the poem "Footprints" mean so much to me.

Comments: I really like this piece of digital art. I think you have really illustrated the verse you quoted. This is what gets me by when I find that my daughter will be paralyzed for the rest of her life. When I find out that I need to have a procedure because of a supposed blockage of an artery. When I find out that my brother just lost his youngest son. I also have many times that are happy like the marriage to my wife. The first, second, third and so forth grandchildren being born. You have created something that can help others through their despair. Thanks for sharing.

I think it's a person like you who can understand the most what I was feeling when I painted this. Our lives are like a roller coaster our ups and downs are what keep us level, how odd to say but so true. Thank God we have him in our lives
