Awesome drawing and awesome notes. I didn't know that about them, but that's very good that they stayed away from all of that. That's the downfall of many a good musician. I really like the colors you used in this tribute. My hats off to the best 'sharpie' artist I know. LOL (not kidding)

Good facial expression and stance both work well here.
The background adds to the overall especially the left hand side of the page, I like that area a lot. Not crazy about the white floor, to me it seems a bit stark, like maybe needing a shadow from the legs or textures or something. Love your stuff
