Really do wish I could learn how to do this. I have all the tools, and programs needed, and no knowledge. Love the details, and color coordination...great background, and nice clear transparent glass. Water looks so nice and clear. amazing work.

A sure impressive work with great care taken for colors select,creation of background,designe and texture of vase and flower; and putting everything together for composition.Lighting effect created at few spots looks natural and adds to naturality of the work.A definite well done.

I don't know anything at all about creating a digital painting, but this image is truly beautiful. The only thing I would have done if this was my creation, would be to tone down the yellows in the background. I think they steel a bit of attention away from the glass and the plant. Still I do like the colors you have used, especially those of the autumn flower.
I think the composition is very elegant with the curve of the hanging flower and the shape of the glass. I also like that you added some highlights to the glass, and that you thought of filling it with water. Also the way you have placed the different items within the frame makes for a good composition.
I also like the way you have filled the image with light by adding a darker shadow at the bottom of the image. You could probably have faded the part of the plant inside the glass even a tad more, but this is just a small issue. I think this is a lovely creation, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I think this will go well in the contest. I really like the glass it looks great Im trying to work out how to do that with paint. A nice background that works well here. And those black pedals are great because it makes a black background wrong when a black background is often correct for this type of work. Good to see something a little different.

The final result is it worked very well :-)
