I had to comment on this because of the fantastic colors. I have convinced myself over the years that I don't like abstract art, but when I look at something like this, it is easy to change my mind. Even if this is abstract, and easily visualize an underwater world with colorful coral reefs and fish.
I am glad all the fish here are kept in golden hues, because this make them stand out so well. I also like the addition of the air bubbles.
In the background I find fine shapes and lines which remind me of the pattern often given by the waves at the surface, or rather all the way through the depth of water. It is a good harmony of colors in this work, and also good use of space. Beautiful work.

Thank you ever so much, Annie!! I really know nothing about abstract, LOL. I just know that most of the time it's something you paint that really doesn't look like anything, but I couldn't bring myself to go that far. My niche is "halfway between fantasy and reality." Again, thank you!! :)shawn
