Remarkable night time shot with great use of available light. The building is illuminated wonderfully as is the water with its small ripples. Back towers fade to silhouette with is a very nice detail.

When faced with such a iconic building lit up like this it is often the case that we get 'seduced' by the scene and take in too much of it. For me you would have done better to concentrate more on the clock tower (big Ben being the bell inside not the tower itself). The sky look a slightly strange colour too. Nice and sharp though with a good exposure.
