A very unusual orchid and it does have long spurs. Nice composition, excellent focus on the orchids, good natural colours and very nice depth. Well done.

Great shot of an Interesting flower. Lovely and crisp with gorgeous contrasting colors. Lots of light and shade to give the subject energy and impact. What a shame Darwin didn't live to see his speculation consummated ! Great photo, well executed.

Great shot, with nice composition and depiction of flowers, as if they're looming out of the picture. I like the nice, lily-like whiteness, and the interesting 'spurs', which looked like tentacles!
PS: how big is a flower? About 20 cm across? (a wild guess)

What an amazing flower and explanation, well that shows that you really care about what you see and what you bring forth in your pictures - always something special - this image is handsome also by the strong colors of the sky, the juicy green and the wonderful soft yellow beige flower - the fact that you let half of one at the bottom like shows us that there is much more around as we see in the center of the image - wonderful frame - great lighting - super focus, well done
