I have not got the fainest idea how you did this. I do know you can use software just as you would a brush, paint, etc. etc. Looked at such software once and that was it! I do like the results of your efforts. The flowers is very pretty you have used frost, metallic and glitter to give it a fantasy look. That theme is further worked on with the addition of fairies. On my monitor the flower shows up more pink than red, but that could be my screen. Good Luck in the contest.

This is very imaginative and well composed in general. I like the colors. It may have been your intention, but the butterfly seems a bit too hidden by the fairy dust for me or was it created by the magic dust? Nice.

That is the question; was the butterfly created by the fairy or is the butterfly a fairy creating the dust, or are dust and butterfly created by the magic flower? - It's up to viewer [and the kids] to find out. However it is intentional that the butterfly is halfway hidden by the dust.
Thank you very much for your kind review.
