I'm not sure that I've seen a landscape like this from you before Mark - you should do more though, this is really great! I love that leading line of the country lane that draws my eye right in. Amazing what you can do with those Sharpies! Clever work.

well not my 1st..i really dont get into doing them. tell u what, check out "incan village" in my portfolio..to me that one is my favorite landscape i ever done. thanks for the great review!

Love the colors and the horizontal banding , a couple of things don't quite work for me tho , the white patch in the sky and the track may have looked better if it had disappeared at one point then reappeared so as not to be continuous , think that would have created more a sense of distance

2 answers...one the road bends the other way behind the hill..second the one white cloud is direct contact and border from sunrise light to blue sky..guess these many yrs of seeing sunrise is what makes me notice. thanks for the review bro!

Initially I thought this belonged to another (I am sure you know who I mean). Colours are very attractive with the yellow in the sky giving a very warm glow. I get the impression this is the start of a new day and your notes confirm that. The green in the field is amazing since you have captured light exceedingly well. There is also a texture in this area which makes the grass look like ... well, grass! The winding road or track takes the eye into the distance, passing a small tree along the way. Ever so striking!
