I have violas too and they are just as lovely. just small.

I really like pansies too - they're just so hardy. I like to fill hanging baskets with the winter varieties to keep some colour going through the colder months. Anyway, your pansies are just lovely. The orange and yellow ones giving a pop of colour that lifts the piece and makes it cheerful and vibrant.

There's always a breezy feel whenever I see a watercolor painting. The lightweightedness of the strokes.
The thin layer applied that you can almost see the grainy texture of the paper.
Here, the secondary colors are evident in the different pansy blooms.
Nice backdrop in ultra light, faded patch of pastel hues.

Soft, pretty colors. You made the flowers look delicate. Love the different details in each flower and the detail in the leaves. Very nice pastel-like background. Nice picture!
