I could not see those house clear at beginning. Those are so colorful and appear to me like a flag.
Form this view, the color distribution is tell about the climate of the place, but the houses are really pretty with the so colorful color rendering.

What a fascinating shot. The scene itself, devoid of the township, is one of cold inhospitality, but there is the town with its brilliant colours like cheerful flags. This really depicts the resilience of Man.
