What a nice clear shot! You can see every detailing the eyes. The food in the beak, and feathers. The softened background makes this little guy stand out even more. It's nice that the background colors are the same colors as in the little bird. Nice!

Awe- what a sweet bird -and so happy that you brought him a treat. Great composition on this. Good strong focus. Nice color tones. You have really caught the eye especially well. I agree shooting birds is hard work!

six if i could,,this is a portrait extraordinaire its simply crystal,,,each tiny detail bounces off the retina while viewing nice soft background,,yes there are some fab/birdies on here and this vaults you into the club.thanks for sharing.

I love the earthy colors of this little guy. Love the detail of the feathers but the eye area is not as sharp as the body but I think I need to get my eyes check. Great use of DOF and I like how the bird is placed in this shot. Thanks for sharing.
