The flowers definitely looks like silk or satin. A very complimentary & elegant presentation, especially with the mirror look of the background colors.

This digital art piece really makes the flowers appear to have a texture that gleams, reflecting the light beautifully off their petals. I love the use of light and dark elements in this piece and how you created a vignette effect with the darkening around the flowers allowing only a little of the background color to be viewed. The contrasting red against the pristine white of the flowers works well creating excellent color composition. I also love the incorporation of slight reflections seen in the glass vase and the way the translucency of the vase allows the entire stem of the flowers to be visible thus elongating the flowers. The placement of the flowers in the center of the frame creates a strong initial impact for the viewer as well. The artist shows clarity of details in the minute details enhanced on the flowers such as the vibrant yellow centers and the protruding stamen centers of the flowers, and additionally unifies this piece through the incorporation of the mirror like sheen throughout the entire capture. An eye-catching creation that draws the viewer's attention! Well designed and presented!

Incredible image. The light treatment is just beautiful. Black background of course sets the stage but the varying shades of red adds mystery to the story.
The blooms are indeed like velvet and the light treatment on the blooms is just great.
Random pieces of green are very nice and adds an exciting sparkle.
All in all this is a great image.
