Has a really lovely crystalline effect with the background! The artist notes were most relevant and to the point. The degree of contrast on the petals is quite good. The white is most absorbing. Lovely photo and digital composition!

This is another characteristically lovely shot from the unchallenged botanical master of the site :D. I never cease to marvel at your amazing backgrounds. These really are one of your trademarks. The flowers are lovely and bright against the dark background so they stand out very well. It is always difficult to photograph white objects really well and you have demonstrated how it is done. The light on the flowers behind is a little harsh; I would have preferred some softer shadows. Nevertheless, this is another excellent image.

Very striking. The soft subtle white of the flowers against the creative, almost mauve color of the bkg. make a very interesting picture. Very nice.
