Excellent! This "pointillism" is amazing to me. So very well proportioned, and to all be done with dots! A beautiful drawing. Excellent shadowing! Fantastic job. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Echo, from conception to completion about 60 hours. Size has a lot to do with the time it takes to complete. What I have done in the past is pick several subjects and then done minature sketches in my sketch book. Using a rapidograph smaller pen size works the best when starting out, or you could use the pen and dip methode. If you want to know more let me know.
thnaks for the review, take care and cheers... LvO

Nice pointillism portrait of Walter. Very nice composition and shading. Nice fur effect on snout and eyebrows. Not enough value variation. Or maybe it just didn't come through in transmission.

Your pen and ink has served you well and helped you to achieve an outstanding portrait of a very sad looking dog...lots of feeling and (dare I say it) emotion in this and it is very good indeed...Cheers...Monty

Very nice detail. That is a very unusual way of drawing
which I must admitt - I really like it. The expression on the face is really fantastic and the detail on the coat is great.
