This is a beautiful seascape piece. I love the light blues of the waters waves rushing up on the rocks.
The sky is so soft and the waves are equally so.
Love the framing and the initial impact that this painting had on me.
Love everything right down to the two birds flying in the sky above.Thank you so much for sharing.

You done extremely well capturing the subtly of the color blue and framing it within the seascape. The melding of the sky and sea is a nice touch. Great work and good luck in the contest.

Rick, thank you. Have a wonderful New Year! :)
Comment from Sessybon
This is a wonderful representation of waves crashing on rocks and showing the water run off on the back of the rocks. The waves really feel powerful and about to roll in and cover the rocks in a never ending cycle until the tide retreats. The three gulls just above the waves add interest and more movement. I can hear the waves and taste the salt spray. Thank you for sharing and good luck in the contest.

Excellent painting, love the soft wave and invisible horizon,I really liked the way you did the rocks, they stand strong, and without to much detail you have made very dimensional painting, great subject matter

Nice composition and framing. Very dramatic feel to the piece. The power of the ocean seems to be balanced by the strength of the rocks in the foreground. I am a big fan of the color blue!

This is incredible. Would have never thought it was digitally created. Very good depth and waves are awesome, very soft colors with dramatic rocks. and would not be complete without the seagulls. Thanks for sharing.
