I love the soft colors of the background and how you blended them. It makes the Scottie pop. Nice detail on him and his eyes full of life. Nice job and good luck with the contest :)

Nice use of the pastels to give this little guy soft look! I have never seen a wheaton colored scotty although I know they do exist. The colors of the background work nicely to show off this pup. Good luck in the contest.

I'm a big fan of dogs -- but, usually, not a fan of dog drawings... as they usually are elementary and lack detail -- not showing the "life" of the canine. This drawing is an exception. It's extremely well done... I can almost reach out and feel the dog's fur. It's eyes are so well done that it brings energy to this work.
