amazing colors on the sky and excellent capture of there reflections on the water
still, I would prefer the boat was a bit bigger, like this most of the shot is empty and without any center of interest

I am thinking you are using Photoshop (seeing as you are shooting in RAW), so may I suggest the little white light? near the shore on the left gets cloned out. It grabbed my eye as a distraction.
But overall, a lovely image, with great tones and very well controlled light. Nicely done.
