This is a really nicely set up still life, and the red colors are truly lovely and rich. I especially like the fine shine you have brought out in the glass, and the very good balance between positive and negative space.
Your photo is also really sharp and it is such clear and well defined details in both the bottle, the glass and the candle. I also think the exposure is just perfect. You have indeed used the light well when this photo was taken.
The cropping is perfect, and everything has got a very good placement within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken still life with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
