It is indeed fantastic colors to be seen in this bird, and the shine of the feathers is so well captured. I also like a lot the background, and how well you have captured the red eye.

Your photo is really sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in the feathers and the head of the bird. The exposure is of course perfect.

Again the almost square format works well, and the bird has got a very good placement within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

At the risk of sounding too mushy and a little squirrely, I have to say that I really feel honored to have received two six star ratings in row from you! You are so talented and its really flattering to me that you would think enough of my work to give the extra ratings. Thank you :)

I just had to give 6 stars for this lovely photo. I don't always have them, but now I had, and you are more than welcome.

Cool,Grace!
They're beautifully colorful and fascinating birds,my friend, regardless of where they originate from!
Your photo of this one, staring at us with it's gleaming red eye and showing off it's glistering Green/Gold on Black plumage, looks Great!

Cyber six! This is beautifully presented with absolute clarity and focus over the entire subject, perfect light control allowing his true sunlit colors to show ! We have starlings here but they have yellow beaks, I like your placement of this bird in the frame slightly off centered, the background is nicely blurred still giving us a hint of his location, your eye contact is good I love that red eye! I love his iridescent shine!
