Interesting and eye-catching photo. Great texture in the mud. Love the point of view and the pop of color from the puddles. I guess to live in such beauty there is a payoff. Great shot!

There is most definitely a price to be paid G13.....and I am fine w/ that actually. This spot here will be absolutely gorgeous in about a month. Thank you for taking a look....and for the fine review. Do appreciate it.

Looks like a back road in our neighborhood; good colors; the white, green and dirt go well, blend and contrast at the same time; good depth look; nice focus; I used to go an ATV on roads like this; nice wide shot; like the blue puddles; take care.

Comanche and I slogged all the way out to the other end this afternoon Swimmer. Needed to see if my 4wheeler would be able to make it out this weekend. Sure hope so as I need to get out Sat. You are a sweetie for having a look and thank you so very much for your generous rating. Flowers next my friend...lol...

Yeah Deb! You guys over in northern Vermont get a much more intense type of 'mud season' than we do over here in northeastern New York, don't ya?
This 'gooey' scene you've presented us with reminds me of how the forest roads look way up in Quebec's Chic Choc mountains!
That's an interesting picture,Deb!
It's perhaps not a 'Good Show' ( at least in one sense! ) but it certainly catches the viewer's eye! : D

Comanche and I worked our way out to the other end this afternoon Sean....OMG what a mess! Comanche had a LOT more fun than I did....that's for sure. You are just a doll for checking this one out and giving it such a good rating/review... Even w/o a "Good Show' I am very happy this evening. Thank you my friend.....so very much.

oh my..Bruce and Herbert would love this believe me...but perhaps not the bath after !! Its a great shot with a super composition with that super perspective of the mud going off into the distance and I can imagine you and Comanche loving a good ol trudge through this long quagmire

Comanche and I slogged all the way out to the other end this afternoon Neil. Wanted to see if there was any chance of being able to drive the 4wheeler out in a few days.....gonna be iffy. But Comanche had a blast....only her 2nd mud season and she was in heaven....lol so you are definitely right about Bruce and Herbert. Thank you so much for having a look at my muddy new post...and for the great review. ALWAYS enjoy hearing from YOU!

too bad you don't live closer. Comanche would love to have Bruce and Herbert come run in the mud w/ her...

A mile of mud , you weren't kidding .
It really looks thick and messy . Hey if you can't find your dog , that would be one of the first places I would look .
Nice shot and thank you for sharing .

LOL The 'wild one' and I made the long, slow slog out to the other end John. This really IS the good section. Got some wonderful images though...and mud even in my hair.....lol Thank you so much for checking this one out. Always appreciate your thoughts.

Wonderful insight into your world, Deborah! I'd be slipping and sliding all over the place and landing in the mud. I like the angle you used, making the viewer want to see what's round the bend of the mud road. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Suzanne
