Nice effective usage of black and white in this graphic images. Like the lead in lines, the boldness of the elements, nice dynamic range. Believe that you made the proper decision to not center the stairs.

This mixed media is interesting compost. I like the angle of view from the ground up which emphasizes the stairs. The monochromatic emphasizes the lights and shadows which adds dramatic. The paint filter makes it looking like a drawing. It also reminds of old mystery movies from the Hitchcock era.
